Dr. Molitoris is a seasoned family medicine physician with nearly two decades of clinical experience across prominent academic and private healthcare institutions. He began his career after earning his MD from Pennsylvania State University and completing a family medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania, where he later served as a clinician, medical educator, and active committee member focused on quality improvement and education. During his time at U. Penn, he contributed to clinical research, curriculum development, and the rollout of care innovations like Annual Wellness Visits.

Following his tenure in academic medicine, Dr. Molitoris continued to expand his clinical reach at Cedars-Sinai Health System in Los Angeles and as a corporate clinician for Sony Pictures Entertainment. He now leads Rare Find Medical offering personalized care grounded in his deep expertise.
